Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Customers agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and collection action.
